By placing an order through iTakeout.co.uk users are agreeing to purchase the specified order. Any orders placed through iTakeout.co.uk cannot be cancelled through the website. Users will receive an email confirming their order with full details of their order including an order number.
The delivery or collection time (whichever is chosen at the ordering stage) is purely a guide. The restaurant will endeavour to meet the specified time, however due to factors often beyond their control the stated time may be affected and therefore cannot be guaranteed.
If a user wishes to cancel an order before it is delivered or are unsatisfied with the food receieved they should contact the restaurant directly.
